Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day, which may add an extra day to the delivery estimate. Once your order is processed, estimated transit time is 6–12 business days, Monday to Friday. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with your tracking details. You can use this tracking information to monitor your package directly on the carrier's website or via our Track Order page. We deliver through trusted carrier partners such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL, depending on the shipping destination, package size, and operational availability.

Return Information

You have 30 days from the date you received your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original condition, returned with all accessories, inserts, tags, and original packaging, and accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, email support@treyfarley.com with your order number and reason for the return. Once your return is approved, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If a return is approved for change-of-mind reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. For items that arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, missing, or incomplete, Trey Farley will cover the cost of return shipping once the issue has been reviewed and confirmed. We do not charge any restocking fees.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days after we have received and inspected your returned item.

Refunds are issued in United States Dollars (USD). Please allow additional time for your bank, card provider, or payment provider to process and post the refund.
