At Trey Farley, we are committed to providing a clear and reliable shipping experience for customers within the United States. Trey Farley is an Australian-based ecommerce business that ships to customers within the United States. We offer free shipping on all orders. We do not currently offer shipping outside the United States.
Delivery Times
Below are the estimated delivery times for all packages:
Order cutoff time: 5:00 PM Mountain Time (MT). Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day, which may add an extra day to the delivery estimate.
Order handling time: 1 to 2 business days, Monday to Friday.
Once your order is processed, it will be shipped by one of our trusted carriers.
Transit time: 6 to 12 business days, Monday to Friday.
Estimated delivery time: 7 to 14 business days.
All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather events, operational disruptions, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

For deliveries within the United States, we partner with reliable carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL.
Carrier selection may vary depending on the shipping destination, package size, and operational availability.
Shipping Costs
All orders within the United States qualify for free shipping, with no minimum order requirement. The free shipping rate will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking details. You can use this tracking information to monitor your package directly on the carrier’s website or via our Track My Order page.
Delivery Issues
Lost or delayed packages: If you experience any issues with your delivery, such as delays or a lost package, please contact our customer service team at support@treyfarley.com as soon as possible. We will investigate the issue with the carrier and work to resolve it promptly. If a package is confirmed lost, we will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.
Missing, incomplete, or incorrect items: If your order arrives but an item is missing, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us at support@treyfarley.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos where applicable. We will review your case promptly and, where confirmed, arrange to send the missing item or correct the error at no additional cost to you. Please do not return any items before contacting us first.
Returns and Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your order or have received a faulty, damaged, incorrect, missing, or incomplete item, please refer to our Refund Policy. Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection legislation.
