Lotus LED Pendant Light
Inspired by the layered form of a lotus flower, this pendant light combines sculptural geometry with softly diffused illumination. Its multi-layer acrylic shade creates depth and visual interest while helping distribute the light evenly throughout the surrounding space.
Available in two sizes, the fixture is well suited to dining areas, kitchen islands, bedrooms, living spaces and other contemporary interiors. Three selectable colour temperatures allow the lighting atmosphere to be adjusted from warm to neutral or cool white, while the adjustable suspension cord provides flexibility for different ceiling heights.

Pendant Light FAQ
Over a kitchen island or dining table, hang the bottom of the pendant 30 to 36 inches above the surface. In open living areas where people will be walking beneath, the bottom should clear at least 7 feet from the floor. For bedside pendants, the bottom of the shade typically sits at around 24 to 28 inches above the mattress. Cord and chain lengths are listed in the product specifications above.
Most of our pendant lights include adjustable cord or chain that can be shortened at the time of installation. The maximum drop length is listed in the product specifications above. If you require a longer drop than what is included, contact us at support@treyfarley.com before ordering.
A general rule is one pendant for every 2 feet of island length, with the outermost pendants sitting roughly 6 inches in from each end. For a standard 6-foot island, three pendants spaced evenly works well. For wider pendants or statement pieces, two is often enough. Scale the shade size to the island width — smaller islands suit shades under 12 inches in diameter.
Yes. All pendant lights are hardwired fixtures and must be connected to your existing ceiling wiring. We strongly recommend installation by a licensed electrician to ensure safety and compliance with local codes. Installation hardware and instructions are included with every order.
Dimmability depends on the specific fixture — please refer to the product specifications above. Where dimming is supported, you will need a compatible LED dimmer switch and dimmable LED bulbs. Using a non-compatible dimmer can cause flickering or buzzing.
Bulb type, base size, and maximum wattage are listed in the product specifications. Unless noted otherwise, bulbs are not included. We recommend warm white LED bulbs in the 2700K to 3000K range for the best aesthetic result with our fixtures.
